Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or interact with our services, we may collect:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Service and industry interest
  • Message content

Incomplete Form Submissions

Our forms save what you have entered as you go, not only when you press submit. Once you have entered an email address and moved on to another field, the details you have filled in so far are saved to our system, even if you leave the page without completing the form.

We do this so that we can respond to an enquiry that was interrupted, and so a technical problem partway through a form does not lose your request. The information saved is the same information listed above — we never capture anything you have not typed into the form yourself, and we do not record your keystrokes or your activity elsewhere on the page.

Incomplete submissions are treated exactly like completed ones under this policy: the same retention period applies, and you have the same rights to access, correct or delete them. If you started a form and would rather we did not keep what was entered, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will remove it.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically receive:

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, click patterns
  • IP address: the network address your device connects from. Every website receives this; we describe below what we keep and why.
  • Approximate location: the country your connection appears to come from, worked out from that IP address. This is country-level only — it does not identify your street, town or precise position.
  • Referral data: the website or ad that directed you to us
  • Tracking identifiers: Google Click ID (GCLID), Facebook Click ID (FBCLID), UTM parameters for advertising attribution

IP Addresses and Form Submissions

When you send us a form, we record the IP address it was submitted from and the country that address belongs to, and we keep both alongside your enquiry.

We do this for two reasons, both about keeping the form usable. The first is stopping automated spam: the overwhelming majority of what our contact forms receive is sent by software, not by people, and the address a submission comes from is one of the few reliable ways to tell the difference. The second is knowing which parts of the world genuine enquiries come from, so that we can route them to the right person.

We do not use your IP address to build a profile of you, we do not combine it with data bought from anyone else, and we do not sell or share it. It is not used to track you across other websites — that is what the cookies described below do, and you can refuse those.

Under the GDPR an IP address counts as personal data, and our lawful basis for holding it is legitimate interest: keeping our own enquiry channel working and free of abuse. You can ask us to delete it, along with the rest of your enquiry, using the contact details at the end of this policy. It is kept for the same period as the enquiry it belongs to.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and measure our advertising effectiveness. These include:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., consent preferences)
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site

  • Your raw personal information is never shared with advertising platforms
  • Only encrypted (hashed) data is used for conversion matching
  • This process helps us understand which ads lead to inquiries while protecting your privacy

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Directus (content management), Zoho (CRM)
  • Advertising platforms: Google and Meta, in hashed/encrypted form only, for conversion measurement
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, typically no longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

For an incomplete form submission, the retention period runs from the date it was saved.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
