Entertainment Venue AV

The space between the attractions earnstoo

Bowling centers, family entertainment centers, eatertainment, theme parks and outdoor spaces. We design the immersive audio, lighting, video and one-tap control that make the whole venue feel like one experience.

Hospitality Industry

The attraction gets them in. The venuemakesthemstay.

Guests come for the attraction and decide about the space. The audio in the bowling lounge does different work than the audio at the family lanes; the arcade lighting shifts when the energy shifts; and the patio sounds like a destination. When those things are designed, the venue feels alive and people stay longer. When they are bolted on, the place looks finished but does not feel like anything, and guests notice by the third visit.

Most entertainment AV is like this: speakers wherever the ceiling had a flat spot, lighting that was never dialed in and a control system that is really four remotes. We design it the other way - as one system - where sound, lighting, video and control work together and the space changes modes on one tap: family hour at two, cosmic bowling at ten, each its own experience without bleeding into the next.

Hospitality Loyalty

“What keeps guests coming back?”

73 %

SAY EXPERIENCE DRIVES LOYALTY

73% of consumers say a positive experience is a key driver of their brand loyalty — ahead of price or product alone. In a venue, that experience is the environment: what guests see, hear, and feel in the room.

Hospitality Retention

“What does one bad night cost?”

32 %

LEAVE AFTER ONE BAD EXPERIENCE

Nearly one in three consumers (32%) say they would walk away from a brand they love after a single bad experience. One night of dead screens or failed audio can cost a loyal guest for good.

Two ways we engage

Two paths to a venue that feelsalive

A new build or fully themed environment, or the venue you have run for years and want to bring forward without losing operating revenue.

PATH 01 New build or themed environment

AV designed before the scenerygoesup

If you are building a new venue or a fully themed attraction, AV starts at the architectural phase, designed alongside the architect and the themed-design studio.

Show 4 commitments
  • Pre-construction planning Conduit, power, rigging points, and rack locations engineered before the walls and scenery go in.
  • Acoustics and zones modeled Per-zone coverage, levels, and isolation designed before anything is ordered.
  • Lighting and control designed in The DMX backbone and scene programming built into the audio and video control from day one.
  • A dedicated AV network Its own network with hardline drops at every endpoint, independent of the POS and guest Wi-Fi.
PATH 02 Retrofit or zone upgrade

Bring the venue forward betweenweekends

If you are working with the venue you have, and the weekend calendar that pays the bills, we retrofit around the schedule instead of the other way around.

Show 4 commitments
  • Phased around operations Off-hours and mid-week work so weekend revenue is never dark.
  • Sound rebuilt by zone Modern multi-zone audio retrofitted into the lanes, arcade, bar, and patio.
  • Video and signage added LED walls, leaderboards, menu boards, and a signage platform engineered for the space.
  • Scene control unified Lighting control added to existing fixtures, with audio and video brought onto one control fabric.

When three clear tiers are on the table, most buyers pick the middle one. That is usually because Better is where the math lands.

Pick the tier that fits each zone

Your family lanes might be Good. Your cosmic zone might be Best. The patio might be Better. We quote each zone on its own, so the budget lands where the venue earns it.

Design and scope

How We Design AVforEntertainmentVenues

Sound, lighting, video and control designed as one system. The venue reads as one experience.

One system, not four installs

An entertainment venue is many areas and many modes at once. Designed as separate installs, they fight each other. Designed as one system, they work together and the whole building can shift on a single tap. We engineer the audio, the lighting control, the video and the control layer together, tuned for the way your venue runs across a day, from family hours to peak night.

What we build and what we don't

We build the permanent AV infrastructure for the venue. We do not produce content, run livestreams, operate cameras or handle live-event and touring production. Your content team, themed-design studio or attraction producer brings the show; we build the system that plays it cleanly every time. Unreal Bowling is the exception worth naming: it is our own interactive entertainment product, available as an installed experience.

Immersive audio and scene control

ImmersiveAudio and One-Tap Scene Control

The space should change with the night. One person should be able to run it.

Audio that puts sound where the story is

Entertainment audio is harder than it looks. The bowling lounge needs energy in the chest during cosmic and the family lanes need conversation-friendly volume at the same moment. The patio also needs its own sound that stays on your property.

Taking all these into account, we design multi-zone audio for each area to run its own profile. For experiences where the sound is the attraction itself, such as a themed space or an immersive venue, we place the audio to land exactly where the story needs it. The infrastructure plays whatever soundscape your content team builds.

Scene control for every mode

The payoff of one integrated system is scene control. At five o'clock a manager taps "evening," and the cosmic lanes shift to color and movement, the audio lifts where it should and stays calm where it should, the signage switches to night promotions, and the arcade brightens, all at once, without walking the floor flipping switches. We program a preset for every mode you run and let a daypart schedule handle the routine changes, with a simple override for the nights that call for something different.

Bowling centers

BowlingCenterAV That Runs Every Mode

Family lanes at noon, cosmic at ten, a birthday party in between, all in one building.

On a busy Saturday a bowling center is a family venue, a party host, an arcade, a bar and a late-night space all at the same time. Each needs its own audio and lighting, and none can bleed into the next. We design zone-isolated sound and lighting for family lanes to stay family-friendly while the cosmic lanes go full energy twenty feet away. We tie it all to one control, with the goal being to flip modes on schedule. When you want the lanes themselves to be the attraction, Unreal Bowling -- our interactive projection bowling with real-time tracking -- installs right into the experience.

Arcades and FECs

Arcade and FamilyEntertainmentCenterAV

Energy without chaos, and a screen working at every point where a guest spends money.

A family entertainment center runs a go-kart track, a laser tag arena, an arcade floor, party spaces and a snack bar, each with its own energy. We give every area its own audio profile and use zone isolation so an open floor plan does not turn into one loud blur.

The visual layer earns its keep too: leaderboards, wayfinding, daypart menu boards and event promotions all operate on one digital signage platform your marketing lead manages from a phone. The screen at the reload desk, the party counter and the snack bar is always current (and always selling).

Eatertainment and themed dining

Eatertainment and Themed Dining AV

When the space is part of the menu, the AV has to earn the premium.

In eatertainment and themed dining, the space is part of what the guest is paying for. We design zone-controlled audio that matches the theme by area, lighting scenes that shift through the evening service and displays built into the architecture instead of consumer TVs on brackets. The experience carries the price, so the technology has to hold up every service, opening night and every night after.

Theme parks and outdoor

Theme Park and OutdoorEntertainmentAV

Big outdoor spaces, real weather, and a guest experience that has to feel like one place.

Engineered into the environment

Theme parks and large themed attractions want the technology to disappear so the story takes over. That happens when the AV is engineered into the build, with conduit, speaker locations and control planned alongside the architects and the themed-design studio, rather than retrofitted around finished scenery later. We design the infrastructure into the environment so it holds up and stays out of sight.

Built for sun, splash and heat

Outdoor and water-park AV fights sun, rain, humidity, heat and wind. We spec weather-rated speakers and enclosures, high-brightness displays that hold up in direct sun and thermal design for real temperature swings. We aim the audio so the energy stays on your property and off the neighbor's. We have engineered outdoor AV for large regional attractions, including a major water park spanning dozens of acres, making the experience feel cohesive from the wave pool to the food court.

What does an entertainment venue AV company do?

An entertainment venue AV company designs, installs and supports the permanent audio, lighting control, video and control systems that make the venue feel like one experience. We are a design-build integrator - we walk the venue, design around the modes you run, install and tune it, train your staff and support it over time. We build the infrastructure. Your content and themed-design team brings the show it plays.

Do you handle theme parks and outdoor or water-park AV?

Yes. For theme parks and large themed attractions, we engineer the AV into the build alongside the architects and themed-design studio so the technology disappears into the environment. For outdoor and water-park spaces, we use weather-rated speakers and enclosures, high-brightness displays that hold up in direct sun, thermal design for real temperature swings and directional audio that keeps sound on your property. We have engineered outdoor AV for large regional attractions spanning dozens of acres.

Do you provide livestreaming, cameras or content?

No. We build the AV infrastructure. We do not operate cameras, produce or edit video, create themed-attraction stories or show files, or run live-event and touring production. What we do is build the system that supports whatever content or attraction-design your venue uses: clean feeds for whoever is recording, video walls and projection engineered for the content your team produces and a network with the capacity to support every layer. The content belongs to the specialists who do that for a living.

How much does an entertainment venue AV system cost?

It tracks the venue type, the square footage, the number of zones and how far you take the immersive and visual layers. A focused bowling-center audio upgrade is one conversation, a full family entertainment center with sound, lighting, signage and scene control is another, and a themed or outdoor attraction is priced on its scope.

What we build

Our Entertainment Venue AV Services

An entertainment system pulls several practices together: sound, distribution, video walls, digital signage, lighting and the AV control layer that runs it from one interface.

What clients say

What entertainment operators say

From bowling centers and family entertainment centers to eatertainment and outdoor attractions, the same engineered system runs very different rooms, with the programming set to each venue.

Just do it. Spend the money. It’s well worth it. It’s not worth your time, hassle, energy, and stress of trying to make it look right and do it right when there’s somebody who has been doing it for years and has perfected the craft.

Let's design a venue that feelsalive

Tell us about the venue: the type, the zones, the modes you run across a day, and what is working and what is not. We will walk it, ideally during a busy stretch, and come back with one clear, engineered recommendation.

  • Bowling centers, FECs, arcades, eatertainment, theme parks, and outdoor spaces. Every scale fits.
  • Immersive audio, lighting, video, and one-tap scene control on one system.
  • Permanent installations only. We build the infrastructure; your content team brings the show.
  • No livestreaming, cameras, or live-event production.
  • Unreal Bowling, our own interactive entertainment product, available as an installed experience.
