What we build across a facility

We design and install permanent AV systems for government institutions across the public building, including council chambers, courtrooms, town hall spaces, operations centers and the conference and training rooms staff use every day. These are systems that stay in the building and run for years. We build the streaming-ready platform and give you the outlet to broadcast public meetings. We also deliver to whatever compliance requirements the bid specifies. We do not run the stream itself.

A council chamber or town hall lives or dies on audibility. We design the microphones and speakers so board members, staff and the public all come through clear. Assistive listening is built in. That's what makes the meeting accessible to everyone. The audio feeds the recording cleanly, and the public record ends up matching what actually happened in the room.

Public meetings are hybrid now. We design the room for remote residents and remote officials to hear, see and be heard as clearly as the people in the chamber. The feed holds through public comment instead of dropping halfway. The system records automatically and hands off to your streaming platform. A clerk runs the whole thing from one simple interface.

Reliable Courtroom Systems

A courtroom has its own demands. Evidence needs to be visible to the judge, counsel, jury and gallery at the same time. Testimony has to be captured cleanly enough to become the record, and anyone who needs assistive listening has to be accommodated without asking twice.

We design around those three things first, then add what makes the room usable day to day - a control setup and a platform that supports both recording and remote appearances. Every courtroom gets scoped to what that specific court actually requires.

Good government digital signage does real work in a public building. It posts meeting schedules and agendas, directs visitors to the right office/courtroom, and carries public-information and safety messages. Public buildings need a public address system that actually covers the space, indoors and out, plus a mass notification path for emergencies. We design PA and notification to come through clearly in every room, hallway and lobby, and we tie it into the same platform as the signage. One alert shows on every screen and sounds over every speaker at the same time. It is the system no one thinks about until the day it has to work. We commission and test it under the building's real load conditions before that day arrives.

Emergency Operations Center

An operations center or emergency operations center pulls many sources onto a shared video wall and keeps them readable for a room full of people. It also runs around the clock without dropping a feed.

We design the video wall, the sources and the control together, built for one thing: getting the right feed in front of the room fast, on the day everything else is going wrong. It runs on the same platform as the rest of the facility. Staff doesn't have to learn a new system in the middle of a crisis.
