DESIGN FIRST
Every bar makes its money differently on game day, so the design starts with how yours runs.
Before we draw anything, we learn how your bar actually runs. How many seats and screens you have, which games pack the house, where the crowd stands when it's three deep at the bar and what budget makes sense. The site walk happens inside that consult, and it often turns up something nobody planned for, like a front wall that should carry the main screen. That needs assessment becomes the brief for your sports bar AV installation.
If a guest has to crane their neck to see the game, they don't come back. We map sightlines from the barstools, booths, high-tops and standing room before we pick a single display. You see the layout drawn on your own floor plan, with Good, Better and Best options for each wall, before anything gets ordered.

SCREENS
Commercial displays where guests watch, and a feature wall only where it pays for itself.
Most bars hang TVs where the walls are. We hang them where the eyes are. That means planning for the crowd at peak, when people stand at the bar and block the screens a seated guest could see on a Tuesday. Screens go higher and tilt down over standing areas, closer to eye level over booths and away from the windows and downlights that throw glare across the picture. A video wall is a great centerpiece in the right spot and a waste of money in the wrong one. If the bar seats 14 and the dining room seats 180, a giant wall behind the bar serves the fewest guests. We often get the same feel for less with a ribbon or cluster of commercial TVs, or one large display split into four game windows. When a video wall does belong, we size it to the viewing distance and the light in the room.
SOUND
The rack does the routing. Your staff just picks the game.
Most bars start with twenty TVs and twenty cable boxes, one behind each screen. A distribution system flips that. A handful of receivers and streaming sources sit in the rack, any of them can go to any screen, and each game's audio can go to whichever zone wants it. We wire it instead of relying on Wi-Fi, since wireless dropouts have a way of hitting during the busiest hour of the night. The control system is the operating system for your bar. One iPad or wall panel runs every screen, speaker zone and lighting scene. A single preset sets up the whole place for the Sunday slate, a fight night or trivia. The cable and satellite remotes stay locked in the rack so nobody works around the system. BETWEEN PLAYS
Game audio where fans want it, and conversation where they don't.
One audio feed across the whole bar never works for everyone. The main room wants the home game loud while the back booths want to talk, and the patio has neighbors. We zone the sound so each area plays its own source at its own level. A game's audio can follow its screen to one zone while music plays in the rest.
