Darvin's main display had done its job for years, but the LCD wall was showing its age. The bezels chopped up the picture and the brightness was fading fast. Darvin wanted something bold, clean, and easy to manage, so we designed and installed a 6 m × 2 m direct-view LED wall that changes how the space feels the second you walk in.

Aging Display Limitations

Swapping an old LCD wall for a large LED display sounds simple. It wasn't. The original setup had heavy bezels, uneven brightness, and a steady stream of service calls. Darvin needed a display that ran cleaner, looked sharper, and lasted a lot longer.

That took three things: fitting a large-scale LED wall into the existing structure, coordinating with the client-provided wall supports, and getting power and signal pathways ready ahead of time. All of it had to happen without shutting the showroom down for long, so we planned every step to the minute.

Implementation methodology

We followed our signature design-build AV methodology, starting with the teardown of the old LCD wall to clear the space for the new build. Working alongside Darvin's team, we aligned the LED panels to their existing wall supports so everything sat dead level.

Power and signal paths were tested up front to avoid surprises. Once the panels were set, we added the custom side covers so every cable and bracket disappeared from view. Handling design, installation, and commissioning ourselves kept the project moving and kept every detail on plan.

We combined fine-pitch LED, custom fabrication, and simple control.

Every element added up to a sculpted, bezel-free wall. The LED panels deliver cinema-grade clarity and hold their color from wide angles. The custom side covers give it a clean, built-in fit. The control processor hands Darvin's staff full command of content with almost no training.
