Swapping an old LCD wall for a massive LED display sounds simple. It wasn’t. The original setup had heavy bezels, uneven brightness and constant service calls. Darvin needed a display that would run cleaner, look sharper and last way longer.
Achieving this necessitated three things mainly: integrating a large-scale LED wall into the existing structure, coordinating with client-provided wall supports and making sure power and signal pathways were ready to go. All of this had to happen without shutting down the space for long, which meant planning every step to the minute.

Implementation Methodology
We commenced by taking down the old LCD wall and clearing the space for the new build. Working alongside Darvin’s team, we aligned the LED panels with their existing wall supports so everything sat perfectly level.
Power and signal paths were tested ahead of time so as to avoid surprises. Once the panels were in place we added the custom side covers for every cable and bracket to be out of sight. Handling design, installation and commissioning ourselves kept the project moving without setbacks and made sure every detail matched the plan.

The new 6 m × 2 m LED wall instantly changed the space. Colors pop, details are crisp and there’s nothing interrupting the imagery. The custom trim makes it look as if the display was built into the wall from the start.
