Training room AV systems are designed around instruction: one presenter, many learners and content everyone in the room has to see (and hear) clearly.
That's a different problem than a conference room, where a handful of people talk to each other or to a remote team. In a training room the failure modes are a back row that can't read the screen and a presenter the far seats can't hear, as well as a material that doesn't carry to the people it's meant for.
We design from the room and the way it's used. Sight lines mapped for every seat to read the content, displays sized and placed for the depth of the room, a presenter microphone and speaker layout tuned for intelligibility from the front row to the back, and the control to run it without stopping the session.
Each one is what makes a room work for instruction, not just conversation.

Sightlines
A training room fails at the back row first. We design so it doesn't.
Training rooms are deeper and fuller than meeting rooms. The seat farthest from the screen sets the design. We map sightlines from every seat before we place a display, then size and position the screens, sometimes more than one, so content is readable from the back row without anyone craning. Text on a slide that's legible up front but a blur at the back means the room only works for half the people in it.
The same discipline drives display count and placement. A long or wide room often needs multiple displays. This is so every section of the audience has a clear view instead of one screen that serves the front and fails the rest.
Be heard
Instruction is speech first. If the back row can't hear the presenter, the room has failed.
A training room is a speech-intelligibility problem before it's anything else. We design the presenter microphone and the speaker layout in a way that the instructor is heard clearly at every seat, with the levels and coverage tuned for the room's depth and acoustics.
A concrete-walled or hard-floored room behaves nothing like a carpeted one, therefore we tune it on site, at the volume a real session runs, not at an empty-room test level.
Where learners participate or join remotely, we add microphone coverage for the audience and clean two-way audio, so questions from the back of the room and from a remote attendee both come through.

Divisible rooms
Many training spaces double as large multipurpose rooms. The training room AV technology has to follow the wall.
Training and multipurpose rooms are often divisible - one large room for a all-hands session, two or three smaller rooms when an air wall closes. We design the audio, displays, and control to follow that. Combined for the big session. Independent when the room is split. The control switches between modes in a tap. Done wrong, a divisible room is a daily source of confusion; done correctly, it's one space that efficiently does several jobs.
