Just do it. Spend the money. It’s well worth it. It’s not worth your time, hassle, energy, and stress of trying to make it look right and do it right when there’s somebody who has been doing it for years and has perfected the craft.
Commercial AV in Anaheim
Design-build audiovisual for Anaheim business parks, warehouses, offices, and civic rooms, engineered for California seismic and energy code.
The Anaheim that buys AV is the business park
Say Anaheim and people picture the resort district, the hotels, the crowds, the big attractions. That picture is real, but it isn't where most of the commercial AV work is. The largest industrial district in Orange County sits a few miles north in Anaheim Canyon, over a hundred million square feet of manufacturing, distribution, and flex space, thousands of businesses, tens of thousands of workers. That's the Anaheim that buys AV all year: training rooms, briefing rooms, conference floors, warehouse paging. You can see the split in how people search, since the companies that need us look up Orange County, not Anaheim, because the city reads as a resort even to the businesses based here. The room we usually build is nowhere near the attractions.
So we build for the working Anaheim, the business parks and corporate floors, and we're comfortable that the resort's show-floor AV is a different specialty. What the Canyon and the OC office base need is unglamorous: rooms a rotating staff can run, systems standardized across a portfolio, and paging and video that hold up in a warehouse or a boardroom without a technician on call. We confirm the platforms a company actually uses, give every room one way to work, and document it for the facilities lead who inherits it. From there the craft is steady: real drawings, a bench-tested rack, a clean install, tuning, training, and support that usually gets handled without a site visit. Since 2008.

Anaheim Canyon and the Platinum Triangle, Center City and Anaheim Hills, Orange and Fullerton, Garden Grove and Santa Ana.
Southern California moves, so racks, displays, and overhead gear get seismically braced and anchored to the structure rather than simply hung.
Santa Ana winds bring heat, dust, and wildfire risk, so outdoor gear gets sealed against grit and specified for high temperatures.
Intense Southern California sun fades and overheats exterior screens, so outdoor displays get shade, high-brightness ratings, and thermal headroom.
Hot days and cool nights work outdoor seals and electronics, so exterior gear gets rated for the cycling rather than the daytime high alone.
What we do here
Anaheim AV for the Business-Park City
Four kinds of buyers drive our Anaheim work, and the biggest of them is nowhere near the resort.
Business parks, manufacturing, and flex space
This is the buyer that actually defines Anaheim. The Canyon and the county's flex-industrial parks run front offices, training rooms, and warehouse floors that need AV built for work, not show. A distribution or manufacturing site wants paging and background audio that reach the whole floor over equipment noise, a conference room that joins a call the first time, and training space any shift can run. We set the paging so a call carries cleanly from the front office to the last dock, keep the meeting rooms simple enough for rotating staff, and document it all so whoever inherits the room isn't left guessing. Multi-site operators get one standard across every building. It's the unglamorous backbone of how Orange County actually makes and moves things, and it has to be dependable.
Offices and corporate floors
Beyond the Canyon, Anaheim and the surrounding county hold a deep corporate base: professional and financial offices, regional headquarters, and the back-office floors around the Platinum Triangle and up in Anaheim Hills. These rooms want reliability over flash. A boardroom that just works when the meeting starts, a training room a new hire can run, and the same way to launch a call on every floor. We check which video and presentation platforms a team truly uses, standardize the controls room to room, and hand the facilities manager documentation that matches the wall. For companies used to Orange County expectations, the room has to look considered and simply work, and that's a standard we're glad to hold. It's the quiet work that keeps a building useful for years.
Restaurants, bars, and the Packing District
Anaheim eats well beyond the resort. The Anaheim Packing District, the Center City dining, and the neighborhood rooms across the flatlands serve locals and workers as much as visitors. Audio has to hold a conversation at lunch and still carry through a busy dinner, zoned so a bar or a live corner stays off the tables that came to talk. In the older brick and industrial-conversion spaces common here, the room sounds hard, so placement and tuning matter more than volume. Screens go where a crowd will actually watch. The goal is a room that works on a slow weekday and holds together on a packed Friday, from one system the staff can run without help.
Civic, campus, and public buildings
Anaheim's public side buys on bids, and it's bigger than the city itself: the city and Orange County, the courts, the libraries, and the community-college and university rooms across the area. The test is the usual one, whether someone in the last row hears the whole meeting, which puts the microphone plan and gain structure ahead of speaker count and hands the controls to whoever chairs the session rather than a visiting tech. Bid formats and records rules get met as written. Larger halls need speech engineered to carry across the space, and rooms that stream get the outlet built in while the broadcast stays your staff's job. Public work rewards clean paperwork and patience, and that is how we build.
We're a business here, but every AV company seems geared to the resort. Are you set up for us?
We are, and most of our Anaheim work is exactly that: the business parks, the Canyon, the corporate floors, not the resort show floor. There's a reason it feels that way, and it's the same reason companies here tend to search Orange County instead of Anaheim, the city's name reads as a resort even to the people running warehouses and offices in it. So a lot of AV marketing points at the visitor economy, while the larger, steadier market, the training rooms, the conference floors, the warehouse paging, gets less attention. That steady market is our focus. We build rooms a rotating staff can run, standardized across a portfolio, documented so the next facilities hire isn't guessing, and engineered to California's seismic and energy rules from the start. Crunchy Tech has been doing this since 2008, and the work we do here is the working Anaheim, the one that buys AV to get its own job done rather than to put on a show.
What do California's seismic and energy rules mean for our AV?
They mean the mounting and the power get engineered, not improvised, and it's better handled at design time than at inspection. This is earthquake country, so anything heavy, racks, large displays, overhead speakers and projectors, has to be braced and anchored to the structure so it stays put in a quake, which changes how and where things get mounted. The state energy code, Title 24, sets rules for how systems draw and manage power, so lighting-integrated AV, standby behavior, and controls get designed to comply rather than retrofitted after a plan check. Both are routine once they're part of the design from the beginning, and both are expensive surprises when they aren't. We handle the bracing details, the power design, and the documentation a plan checker wants to see, so your project clears review the first time. It's the unglamorous engineering under a room that looks simple, and in California it isn't optional.
We have sites in Anaheim, Orange, and Santa Ana. Different rules?
The cities differ, but California hands you something the other multi-jurisdiction markets don't: one statewide code sitting over all of them. Anaheim, Orange, Santa Ana, Fullerton, and Garden Grove each keep their own building department and plan-check desk, so every new location is a fresh submittal at a new counter, and unincorporated county sites add another route. What doesn't change is the engineering, because the seismic and Title 24 requirements are identical in every city, so the bracing and power design carry over even when the reviewer doesn't. We take the local side off your plate, the correct paperwork per city, the right inspectors, and honest scheduling when a desk is slow, so all you see is a date to plan around. The AV works the same in every building too, one interface and one opening routine, so nobody relearns it moving site to site. You run a single operation across a lot of city halls, and absorbing that is exactly what an integrator is for.
We run several warehouses and offices. Can you make every site the same?
Yes, and for a multi-site operator that consistency is usually the whole point. When every location runs the same rooms the same way, a manager who transfers between buildings isn't relearning the AV, and a problem at one site has the same answer as at the others. We set one standard across the portfolio: the same control layer, the same presets and labels, the same startup, adapted only where a room's size or use genuinely differs. Warehouse paging is tuned so a page reaches the back dock as clearly as the front office at every site, and the meeting rooms behave identically in the Canyon or across town alike. Then we document the standard itself, so opening the next site is a copy rather than a redesign, and we back it with remote support that resolves most issues without a truck. One operation should feel like one system, and keeping it that way across buildings is the job.
