Design and scope
Sound, lighting, and video are one room, so we design them as one system, not three installs.
Most nightclub AV is three separate systems from three vendors, which is why nothing syncs and the DJ ends up fighting the house. We design the sound, the lighting, the video and the control as one system from the start. It is tuned for the room and the night it actually runs, and your team runs all of it from one interface. That is the difference between a room that peaks on cue and one that just gets loud.
Sound and DJ booth
Loud is easy. The job is clean, even sound at the right level in every zone.
The dance floor needs power in the chest. The bar, twenty feet away, needs to hold a conversation. That is a zoning problem. We design the speaker layout for the room's actual shape and place the subwoofers where the low end lands on the floor without rattling the glassware at the bar. Each zone gets its own level and EQ, so the room sounds right everywhere, not just loud on the dance floor.
The DJ booth is its own build. We set it up so any standard console plugs in and starts in a few minutes, with the monitor and cue feeds a working DJ expects. The booth and the house system are one system, and the manager keeps a master control for the rare night it is needed. A touring DJ should walk in, plug in and go.
Lighting and scenes
Lighting is half the room. Done right, it shifts with the night instead of running on a timer.
We design the lighting control to change through the night on cue. A warm, easy wash when doors open. More energy and color as the crowd builds. Full movement and dance floor effects when the headliner drops. A slow fade back to house lights at close. Each look is a saved scene, triggered by the set or the schedule, and your lighting tech can override it live when the energy calls for it. It runs on the same control fabric as the sound and video. One person runs the whole room from one interface.
We build the DMX backbone, the control surfaces and the scene programming. We integrate whatever fixtures the room needs, whether they come from a lighting designer or your preferred brand. You own the looks. We make them repeatable and easy to run.
Video and displays
The wall behind the DJ is the most-photographed thing in the room. It has to earn it.
We size the LED wall to the booth and the dance floor sightlines, and we spec it for the conditions it actually lives in, with a strobe a few feet away and a haze machine running at peak. Commercial displays at the bar and in the hallways push event nights and tomorrow's lineup, scheduled from one dashboard so no one is editing images at 9 PM. We build the wall and the displays; your VJ or content team brings the visuals. Consumer TVs do not survive a nightclub, and so we spec commercial panels built to run night after night.
AV control
Sound, lighting, and video should move together on one tap, not five remotes.
Every zone, scene and screen runs from one iPad or wall panel. Scene presets cover each part of the night: doors, warm-up, peak, last call, and close. One tap and the room reconfigures and the lights shift; the audio zones change and the video wall switches content. Admin functions stay locked so a busy manager cannot take down the dance floor by accident and a printed runbook stays behind the bar for the night the tablet battery dies. The bartender hired on Thursday can run the room on Friday.
Patio and facade
Outdoor sound has to stay on your property, and the facade markets the club whether you plan it or not.
The patio is good for business, but outdoor sound travels and the neighbors notice. We use weather-rated outdoor speakers and aim them so the sound stays over your guests and stops at the property line. The patio runs as its own zone - you set its volume on its own and turn it down on schedule when the noise rules kick in. It is built to take the rain, the heat and the nightly clean-up.
Your building sells the club before anyone walks in. An outdoor LED display or digital signage out front shows tonight's lineup, the weekend headliner and your table and bottle-service deals. Your team updates it from a phone so it always matches the night. We make it bright enough for daylight and run it from the same system as your signage inside.
